Spiritbox is a Canadian metal band known for blending metalcore, progressive metal, and djent with atmospheric elements. Formed in 2017 by Courtney LaPlante (vocals) and Mike Stringer (guitar), they gained fame with their 2020 hit "Holy Roller." Their debut album, Eternal Blue (2021), received critical acclaim with tracks like "Circle With Me"and "Secret Garden." Combining heavy riffs, ethereal melodies, and LaPlante’s dynamic vocals, they continue to push modern metal forward, releasing The Fear of Fear EP in 2023.
